International

The Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) aims to actively contribute to the global promotion of applied sport psychology. To reach this goal, AASP has been implementing a systematic plan of action to:

  • Create and advance bilateral partnerships with other organizations worldwide
  • Actively involve international, established, and developing professionals
  • Promote and support its members' awareness of the international sport psychology movement outside North America.

As a main actor in this internationalization effort, the International Relations Committee (IRC), in addition to other initiatives, is in charge of this webpage, aimed to be a resource for any individual or organization interested in AASP's efforts and activities.

The AASP International Relations Committee is a committee under the leadership of the Public Relations and Outreach Division Head, whose main goal is to support AASP's effort to actively contribute to the global promotion of applied sport psychology.
